• Final charges may change after carrier inspection.
• Duties and customs charges are the receiver's responsibility.
• Prices shown at booking are estimates unless confirmed.

3. Sender responsibilities

• Provide accurate sender and receiver information.
• Use secure packaging.
• Do not send prohibited or restricted goods.
• Attach all required customs documents.
• Ensure the shipment complies with local regulations.

4. Acceptance and customs

Shipments are subject to carrier approval and customs inspection. Customs authorities may request additional documentation when necessary.

• Weather or customs delays are outside our control.
• Remote areas may require extra transit time.
