VSR Universal Express is an independent service provider and booking agent. We arrange shipments through trusted courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS and other partners.
Your shipment follows the carrier's rules and conditions once booked.
2. Quotes and pricing
- Shipping prices depend on destination and chargeable weight.
- Final charges may change after carrier inspection.
- Duties and customs charges are the receiver's responsibility.
- Prices shown at booking are estimates unless confirmed.
3. Sender responsibilities
- Provide accurate sender and receiver information.
- Use secure packaging.
- Do not send prohibited or restricted goods.
- Attach all required customs documents.
- Ensure the shipment complies with local regulations.
4. Acceptance and customs
Shipments are subject to carrier approval and customs inspection. Customs authorities may request additional documentation when necessary.

- Weather or customs delays are outside our control.
